Pastors Carlos has served as the pastor of the Hiligaynon Service of ETAB since 1993. He is the Head of the Essential Cell overseeing the cell group ministry. Aside from preaching and teaching, he has composed praise and worship songs in English and the local language Hiligaynon that led to the birth of ETAB Worship. He has also mentored young musicians who are part of the music ministry today.
Pastors Carlos and Carlyn have a son, Michael Carl who is married tohis wife Juvy, both of whom had served in Cambodia Missions for four years.
Carlyn Barcelona

Pastor Carlyn is the Head of the Essential Commission (Foreign Missions). She co-pastors the Hiligaynon Service. Working with teens for the past30years, she has established the Teens Zone (Tzone) ministry that gathers more than 150 teens every Saturday. Aside from being a zone pastor, she is also a creative wedding coordinator who goes out of her way to make every ETAB wedding truly special.
Ephraim Lujan
Assistant Pastor
Pastor Ephraim has been a zone pastor with his wife for 26 years. He is primarily involved in the Equipping Ministry teaching School for Christian Growth (SCG) courses to ground members in sound biblical teaching and Christian discipleship. Besides his pastoral function, being a licensed electrician, he takes care of the mechanical and electrical upkeep of the church.
Anelene Lujan
Assistant Pastor
Pastor Anelene serves as the Executive Pastor and the Head of the local Essential Commission. She supervises the children’s ministry—The Kiddie Church (TKC) that runs a vibrant Sunday School program for some200children from the depressed communities around ETAB. Her nursing experience has helped her provide pastoral and health care guidance to underprivileged residents who would go to ETAB for free medicines.
Pastors Ephraim and Anelene have a daughter Janelene Joy who has also started to raise her own family.
Yolly Preciosa
Accounting Staff
On top of being the church accountant, Pastor Yolly coordinates the Ushers and Befrienders Ministry, leading the team that extends the pleasant Ilonggo welcome to members and visitors alike.
She entered the full-time ministry in 2000using her gift as a registered nurse for God’s work in ETAB. She is happily married to Brother Joseph and blessed with a daughter Kiara.
Allan Jay Fuentes

Brother Allan serves as the new Head of the Essential Community, spearheading initiatives that bring ETAB and the gospel of Christ closer to the community. A junior youth mentor of Youth Central, he leads a discipleship group engaging youngsters to encounter the person of Jesus and experience transformation. He has always been fervent working with the disengaged youth of his generation helping them find family in the local church.
Marvin Millamena
IT Staff
With his background in IT and digital media production, Brother Marvin works on maintaining ETAB’s
online social media presence, documenting the work of God through the various ministries of the church. Deeply motivated to see the youth start a journey with the Lord as young believers, he also serves as a junior youth mentor of Youth Central discipling a small group.
Rolan De-ala
Zone Leader
Brother Rolan serves as a zone pastor. He is passionate about leading the congregation in worship and high praise and hosting God’s presence. Outside of his ministry work, he is a laboratory technician at the Department of Agriculture regional office.
Maricel De-Ala
Zone Leader
Sister Maricel serves a zone pastor with her husband Brother Rolan. She also sings alongside him as a worship leader. She is a licensed professional teacher at a local public school.
Brother Rolan and Sister Maricel are passionate about building their young familywith their daughter AveryTate.
