When there numeration of pay/reward is proportional to our hard work, we call that JUSTICE.
Matthew 11:28-30:
Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
The first seven verses of this psalm are one great cry of anguish. Three times (vv. 2, 3, 10) he used the word “vexed.” It’s literally in the Hebrew a word which means “troubled, terrified, faint, and weak.”

Verse 8 – Salvation belongs to the LORD; your blessing be on your people.
Our divine obligation to the next generation is“ not conceal them from their children, But we will tell the generation to come the praises of the LORD, And his power and His wondrous works that He has done.”
The mina, or Minah, was a basic standard of weight among the ancient Hebrews. In the sacred system of weights, the sacred mina was equal to 60 shekels, and 60 sacred minas equaled 1 sacred talent. The mina was also a unit of currency.
